Re: I don't know what to do.
LOL.......... I GIVE SPRINT A BAD NAME??
first of all, i'm a frigging SHE. yes thats right im a FEMALE. note the "jessekuh marie" typically a feminine name.
i don't give sprint a bad name, its sprint itself that puts the customers thru the trauma. either way, if you swap the ESN, whether its on the phone with customer service or thru fast, WHATEVER, it WILL reset your upgrade eligibility! if they want to come to you to have YOU fix ...
Re: i could still use the help?
No, it is. sorry.
depending on the phone you have, you should be able to chose how to send the file... ex: "send pic msg" .. "send via bluetooth"
Re: I hate all people.
i think its chode??
but ya i agree. :D
Re: Sending data via Blutooth
are you trying to send to a phone on a different network? sometimes that can be the problem.. or do you just legit not know how to use bluetooth at all? if thats the case, i can explain how to use it.. but if your trying to send to another carrier and its not working, sometimes its just the other carrier rejecting it. ive had that problem.
Re: i have an 8200...
it's not that bad. i mean, it's a decent upgrade to the 2300.. nice camera phone for kids at least.. and it comes in the pink, blue, "expresso" and silver, at least thats what we're carryign. i dont mind it too much for the basic camera phone, but the camera on it i have to say is not the best quality ive seen. i still think the 8100 even has a better quality camera. oh well.. what do u ...
Re: PIN to activate Bluetooth on T809
If you're trying to connect to another phone, what you have to do is just make up a pin and what will happen is the connecting phone will get a pop up asking for that pin also. you must both enter the same pin to connect to eachother. hope that helps??
Re: I consider this phone to be very homophobic.....
Good CALL! I'm actually not prone to responding to these type of messages but I think you're definatly right in what you said here. Not everyone can always be satisfied.. but I also feel it's in the marketing's best interest to think that thru first. how about no symbols at all? just put "1" "2" and so on....
Re: I don't know what to do.
warranty would be the same- it's the ESN swap
Re: I don't know what to do.
Yeah well I work for a third party dealer and we can't do all the fancy crap you can :) 9/10 people aren't going to corporate locations anyways, they're too few and far between.
Re: I'm confused
It will resign your contract for two years if you change your plan - if you're still planning on leaving sprint in 22 months that might cause a problem.
Re: I don't know what to do.
Wish that was the case dude, but I work for sprint....... and it's not.
Sorry
Re: I don't know what to do.
It doesn't matter what price you pay for a phone, or whether or not you get it from insurance. The day you swap an ESN on your account is when the upgrade eligibility is restarted. It's not your contract that's being extended- you can only get the maximum discount off of the phone if you have had the same ESN on your account for two years. I know- it sucks.
Re: To the customer:
EXACTLY. Thank you. 8)
Re: To the customer:
I suppose they'll never get it!!
Re: To the customer:
First and foremost, your grammar sucks. You mispelled words and left out letters- let's talk about paragraphs shall we?
Secondly, I sell cell phones for a living. I have worked for three carriers. Tmobile, Cingular, and now sprint. NOT ONCE have I lied to make a sale, and not once have I never offered insurance. When making a sale you offer insurance, and after the idiots that can't even comprehend buying a phone at outright cost, I feel as ...
