:) Thanks, This is the best phone i've had so far. The reception with the uma, was just as good as cellular. I couldn't tell the difference. I'm never home otherwise the @home plan would probably be useful.

Hey All, I've heard of the @home. I have not signed up for it though, really don't need it. I tried switching my phone off, and just having the wifi radio on, and to my surprise I still was receiving calls. The network shows UMA. Am I going to be charged for this? Did tmobile sign me up for @home without telling me? Thanks, Joe

 Wow, I just found out that my first month with tmobile will be costing me around $170+ for the month. I am getting s#$%^% with text messaging. Aol messenger is definately not part of tzones unlimited. Each and every one of those messages is a text message, and if you go over your alloted text plan it's five cents for each message there after. I was signed up to the 300 mess. plan, and did something like over ...

I was told by tmobile rep that texting is included under the tzones plan. I specifically asked her this question, and she assured me that it was not text based? Was she wrong ?

Thanks for the info, i'll try it. I haven't canceled at&t yet. Only problem is t-mobile through amazon.com has already sent me the new # they want me to use. I don't know if i'll be able to do it. I'll try though, thanks.

dogear said: like Xandlyn I'm waiting. I'm surprised t-mobile would not let you keep your old number. By Federal law carriers are required to let customers keep their old number if they wich to do so. Also, I hope you don't travel cuz t-mobile coverage sucks. I waited 6 months for my mini ipod and I certainly can hang in there a little whill longer for the a630. (Actually it can be anytime now) :? I think it ...

Hello All, Been Lurking for a while, great forum. I have been interested in getting this phone for while, and I certainly don't have the patience(as some of you have :) ) My 2 year contract with att just expired a couple of days ago. I was on an unlimited 24/7 plan $99.00 month . I liked the plan, but no roaming included :( That is a big drawback. I just purchased the A630 from amazon, with the $45.99 ...
