Just pick-up a leather case from Best buy for $4.99 on the clearance rack. Look for Motorola models T720, T721,T730,T731. It's a very good fit.

Select the Menu button , then select Personalize, then selcet HOME SCREEN, then selcect Home keys, then up, next scroll down to Date book, then OK. You will only need to hit one button on your phone to display date. I hope this helps
