anyone know where to get a swivel holster?
just bought the V265 ... upset that it only came with a stationary holster

I just got a leather swivel holster at Radio Shack for the v265. I like it.... except once has to unclip it from the belt rather that a quick-release thingy.

Verizon has a leather case and clip that swivels, too. Its not bad, if you want a case in addition to the rotating holster/clip.
The reason why the phone does not ship with a rotating holster is Verizon not wanting it part of the phone's standard features, etc. Verizon wants you to purchase one of the accessories it has for sale. Motorola would make one as it has in the past but not for Verizon these days. Same thing with the v710 and a phone that size needs a rotating holster even if you have a flat belly.
