Saw this phone in my local Verizon Store this morning. The resolution on those two screens is incredibly sharp! They didn't have it activated yet, so I couldn't make a call...

To take pictures with the flip closed, press and hold the camera side-button until the outer LCD says "Starting Camera". Then, you can take pictures using the outer LCD as a crude viewfinder using the same camera side-button. Pictures are saved automatically to the gallery. To exit, press and hold the camera side-button again.

I have noticed this at times as well. The 3 sec delayed audio does not seem to apply if you are receiving calls in manner mode (vibrate). In that scenario, the earpiece volume is low and stays low (at least on mine). Some have said that turning the speakerphone on/off after answering the call fixes it. Others lower the volume all the way down and re-raise it to an acceptable level using the side volume ...

I just got mine through the mail. I can say that the sliding lens cover does not click shut quite as tightly as one I saw on display at the new VZW kiosk in my local CC. The display is more subtle, but would say it is more black/tan. I wonder if I can exchange at a local store...
