Need to register at www.sprint.com/verify.
Need to provide additional form of identification.
Copy of their membership ID, copy of Credit Union statement, copy of card, or discount notification letter addressed to the customer.

Not until the account holder pays their charges.and even then it can sometimes be 30 days from the date of payment processing before the esn is released.No manager or anyone else will be able to change that either.
