So your arguement is someone may have gotten a discounted phone, so they have to pay any retarded fee any wireless company so chooses to charge you... or pay up to $200 to move elsewhere? BTW i dont have verizon. dont like them at all. Im just shocked that people are willing to let a corporation take advantage of them and justify it because a small amount of people USD to sell phones on ebay. come on. So according to a ...

Fees to accept VISA/MS/AMEX is nothing new. No reason to charge the customer for something that they chose to accept as part of an agreement with the issuing company.

But the way it works out, we are trapped in a contract, and should not be required to pay $200+ dollars to move to another carrier because one is trying to get too greedy. They regulate communications companies, if not the FCC im sure congress or justice dept would have stepped up.

Im assuming this is just their test market. And they didnt want to do it in a super huge city. Gives them a chance to test it out before a full deployment happens

Tmobile charges $5 to make a payment over the phone with a rep!!! Everyone is starting to charge a fee for everything to offset costs. Im not using it as an excuse to justify it, i just said I use it, and that others should to avoid a fee and needless crying.

There are other options if you read the article again, its confusing but there are more scenarios where they dont charge the fee. You can always pay on your own from your banks site, for example I have Chase, so you can just make payments whenever from chase.com and its free of charge.

But, they cant go in whenevr they want. Thats the thing, its only once a month to collect that months payment. They dont go in whenever they feel to clean you out. And it is secure, or they wouldnt be allowed to use that.

Huh? What is insecure about a secure system accessing your secure bank to withdraw the funds? All of that transaction history is encrypted.. If its being over billed you are worried about that why they invented credits.

Verizone has always charged more for their "premium" smartphones (aka "droids"). They know people will pay it since they are already over paying for the service. I only buy from BB, they never make you deal with Mail in Rebates or any of that nonsense, and their prices are low, plus they price match.

The fastest broadband in my area is 10Mbps from CenturyLink. Our previous address had 15Mbps from TimeWarner. So 28 is alot faster than whats available to me. Granted only 6 people use LTE on AT&T right now.

Hyperdrive or something its called. When i called yesterday they let me know about this service. its 4.99 a month of something but blocks calls and texts (maybe web) on a phone traveling over 10 mph, so im assuming gps has to be active or present in the phone at least. Still a step in the right direction.

They also need to use their brains. These companies strive or 99.999% uptime. If i have a foot of snow outside and my dish is on the ground outside my house or on my roof, I'm not going to complain, thats just common sense. Oh boo you couldnt check FB for a few hours one day for his WHOLE YEAR, im sure Verizon reps would love to drink your tears over the phone. :D
