I would not switch to Sprint if they paid me to use there service. I tried them and here in Alabama if you get off of I20 of I59 you cant even make a phone call, and in some places on northern I59 it don't even work there. I think this is great for the few that live in an area where Sprint works both for the rest "majority" of us they are not an option.

Tex I have been running the leaked 2.1 update for some time now and it's pretty cool but since it was the leaked and not the final one it does have a few bugs but it was still worth the upgrade, I am hopping the Verizon version will fix all of that.

Why can,t the carrier sell the phone for the same price or less than places like Lets Talk. I know that they sell them for less than they pay and make a commission back from the carrier, but why don,t the carrier sell them for the same low price since they would not have to pay a commission to a third party?

If you have a the HTC Droid and have really bad battery life, it may just e a bad battery. Me and my wife both have these phones. We have had them for less than two months. She was getting twice the life as I was with the same usage. So I called Verizon and they said take it to the Verizon store and they will give you a new batter. I did and its like night and day. ...

Look iphone fan, I wanted to like the iphne, I really did but the RF was bad, really bad, and AT&T does not have 3g any wear I go. So why pay the $30 data and not have 3g plus put up with the bad RF. I now have a Droid and 3g. If the iphones RF would have been good I might would have stayed with AT&T.

I have had all three iphones and sold everyone of them on ebay all you have to do is call AT&T and tell them that you are not using it and give the the IMEI number of the phone that you are using and thats it. You do NOT have to call Apple!

I had the 9.99 plan and added visual voice mail to my enTouch well to add it you have to down load it to get it working, it used 5mb just for that, so I would go with the unlimited,I changed mind to that.

Sorry but I don't buy that, I can tell you that I had an iphone here in Talladega Alabama and unless it was on wifi it was useless, but my HTC droid is really fast on the Verizon network. I am very happy with my new found speed.
