try a different usb cable if that still doesn't fix it reset the phone, and if that doesn't work and you bought it from t-mobile call them and have them try to fix it or send you another one.

you need to go to the sounds menu and switch storage device to the memory card, it can only play files under 192kbps, i think thats the number. oh and u don't have to put them in a certain folder. :)

as for the mp3 ringtones, you need to find an mp3 editor to only get what part of the song u want and then tranfer it to the phone through usb cable or bluetooth.after that make sure its saved to the phone and not the memory card. and thats it. try download.com to find one thats free

Sorry. i have the same problem, i called T-mobile and its a know issue with the aim software on the v360 cause my wifes v330 gets on in no time. Call them and see what they say, i scored a 100 bonus minutes, too bad i don't need em. :cry:

Go to menu, then settings, then connection, then usb settings, then change it default connection memory card instead of data/fax, That should work, lemme know if it does.

Is it me or when the phone is on speakerphone the person your talking to can hardly hear you even if you talk directly into it? I need to know 8O

Yep, it does :) . T-Mobile doesn't stop you from sending files to and from the Pc or another phone with bluetooth

I've a T-Mobile customer for about 1 1/2 years. So your saying that T-Mobile can unlock any cingular phone so I can use it on their network.

I think the hush hush is because its not "officially" released to the public yet. And they probably don't even know when they are going to release it, and they don't want people to keep callin' customer service asking about it.

Well all T-Mobile is saying is later this month. There is NO WAY you can get it now. Its only being sold to previous owners. :x Sorry man I feel the same way and I asked the lady the same questions. :x

Actually the sidekick 2 was realesed today for all the previous sidekick users. the Price is $199.99 if you send them back your old sidekick and $299.99 later this month if you are now getting a sidekick. I have the number to call if you have the old sidekick and want to order the new one this week.

I'm thinking that the v300 and v600 have a somewhat similar user guide cause i know that the v600 uses the if light on the outside..(the motorola "M" glows.
