About to do so as well. never met a less competent group. May as well spend less for bad support. In the meantime, their tech support (specifically Jim williams) misinforms, screws up and then does not follow up as promised. Then, send you in a phone circle. No respect for customers. so, pulling personal and business accounts. Cannot afford to have all those employees wasting time with Verizon.

Sprint has the worst customer service of any company I have ever encountered. If you have no value on your time, or ever expect to get a problem resolved they are the company for you. If you have an ounce of intelligence, eliminate them as a carrier. There are plenty of choices out there.

Also, don;t buy insurance from Radio Shack Best Buy or anyone else. They mislead you into thinking it is identical to Sprint's and then only offer a pro-rata refund if you have a problem. This is analigous to paying $1000 per year for car insurance and if your car is stolen they offer you a few hundred dollar refund on your insurance premium. what is worse is sprint is aware of this decepetive trade practice ...
