Reminds me of how I'd work for at&t warranty during the time of the Cingular/sbc/at&t crossover (late 2006-early 2008 ). We had to ask callers what model their phone is. They'd be like "oh, you know: the Clingular Flip!'

I'd be helpful if they and the corporate stores were in sync. Best Buy eventually performed my upgrade. Kind of sucks for Sprint because they could have had a sale. Upgading at best Buy was a piece of cake.

Why Sprint's customer service tells you one thing and the corporate store says another is beyond me. Aren't they supposed to be on the same page? It's beyond frustrating when one tells you can do something, while the other says "no".

Ironically, you CAN talk and surf on a Verizon 4G LTE Android. I know because I have an iPhone 5s and a Galaxy s5.

Well, I'm sticking with it till the end. I've tried Android and it was okay, but not what I want to deal with. I'm not ready to become a slave of Apple, yet. I'll NEVER go back to Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, whatever it's called.
