Most of that money is chump change. Instead of the money the lawsuit should have changed "how" those ETF policies are negotiated or prorated. VZW didn't want to deal with lawyer fees so its cheaper to pay it off.. So next time someone can't sue for the same thing hence they paid a 21M for a "Get Out of Free ETF Card" All they can do now is refer to this case.

Cause VZW sets up the rules, ie. If they do something other wireless company will follow so whats the point of changing service if the other service are copying their same policy..

I was referring when VZW BBA "WAS" unlimited 1 1/2 years ago and started capping. Also VZW likes to use propaganda like oh you got to buy our accessories because if you buy someone elses accessories it will VOID your warranty...

You miss the point. VZW is forcing data on phones that for some people would get because of the function, ie. camera, QWERTY, and form factor but forcing the consumer to take DATA even though they don't use it.
If they get BIG enough they would control the whole pipeline, look at MS they tried doing that with Internet Explorer back in the day and letting Mozilla and other browser company to come in to stop MS practices with ...

If you going down to your dumbphones you can use those dumbphones and use them on pageplus wireless for 2 lines for UNL for $80 no contract. or if you don't need to talk much you can do both lines for $60 includes 1200 mins. / 1200 txt and 30 MB.. Also, uses Verizon Wireless Network!

Look at VZW they have more propaganda on everything from billboards, commercials, and benches!. They strong arm pretty much anyone who comes through their way. 1. Yes, its way cheaper to order accessories online.
2. Yes VZW DOES outsource their customer service, not to india, but a company called LiveBridge.. They get training but not completely its like the indirect of VZW. Sometimes they don't know what their doing, and sometimes they screw up accounts. Next time you call Customer Service asked them if they are LiveBridge or not.

They been armstronging everyone down to their employees and how they do business. Verizon is pretty much the Wal-Mart of wireless. They bully suppliers and indirects. I am glad that the FCC is stepping in. I am not much of government intervention but sometimes these corporation have HUGE egos and need to be smacked down to be in line.

They Loose Money Primary Because ....
:roll: They advertise everywhere and anywhere. They spend alot of money on also store upgrades and collateral for the store,There is a lot of corporate waste internally at Verizon. They don't loose money after 1 year. They are using a data model meaning if someone just gets the BARE minimum and have no data than they would say they loose money cause of that empty potential incoming money.
