My sister had the Voyager and the ringer was bad. I have the touch and I have no problem hearing it ring.

I got mine yesterday. It is great. Takes very good pix, music through the earbuds is awesome.

I just ordered mine yesterday, getting it tomorrow. The insurance is the same but deductable is 39.99 not 90.00 and you do not have to have a data package.

They are not out yet but you can call and have one sent to you. I get mine tomorrow.

I called star 611 and ordered the env touch. I compared it a store with my env2 and the voyager and the size is in between them. It is lighter then the voyager. :D
