you have to be 6 months into your contract. good standings such as consistently paying on time and no suspensions for non pay. also if you havent had adustments before it would be beneficial.

sometimes the incorrect imei is in the system becausee the genius authorized dealers sometimes dont update the imei and will upgrade from non pda to pda and leave the media net or opt out feature. i usually will let the customer get away with having the iphone and opt out featue unless there an asshole than i will add the data plan since its a requirement and i cannot be penalized for adding it.

are you sure about that? att doesnt charge for the internet service they charge for the amount of data so you may not need the data plan but if your transferring data you will be charged at pay per use rate

if you get it at the store your not required to get media ner for the vu. sometimes you wont be eligible for the rebates if you dont get certain features
