Well you really can't say that because the stylish well known sidekick lx only has a 1.3mp camera. And through my perspectivity the more mp your camera has the more details it brings out and thats not always what your looking for because they will bring out flaws in the face and everything. I'm not going to lie it could use a 2mp camera but its not that big of a deal considering it actually has flash and 2mp ...

Sadly considering the Kyocera M1000 is smaller then the env its also 20x more stylish and it has a bigger oustide screen, and both of their internal screens are the same size, and the speaker on the m1000 is more crisp and clear, like he said it came outr before the env, the env was an improved and more styling version of the strobe, which they made it more stylish but no where near improved esp with the ugly ...

For a small price of $200 and a 2 year contract anyone can get their hands on this phone, and by any one i mean everyone wants it, you think a sidekicks hot well you must not know the phone, wait then again i wouldn't call it a phone either because its like a super computer mixed with a phone service, beautifully designed and well engineerd its well worth its price even at a all in plan of $65 ...

Is the Lingo really as hot as they say it is?

Its beautifully designed, but they should have spent more time on it. They made it to look like the env, even made it have some things the env needed improvement on, like; They made the outside screen larger created a more bautifull outside apperance.. but what they didnt think about.. is the external numeric pad, they crammed it and made it so small and the buttons are so weak, made for easy mistakes. They made the speaker phone more crisp and clear then the env's, ...

Flashing a phone has been an issue, because when you do it messes with the software flashing the Maxx is also a problem and will lead to the phone freezing alot, no internet acess at all and if you damage or lose the phone you have to buy a brand new one because you flashed the phone for another company it devalues your warranty.

I wouldn't necissarily call it dumb, you should have read their terms and conditions, and due to you situation they should have lowered the cancelation fea. I have to experienced their service, not to satisfied with it due to their poor customer service, but still you should have gone to their online website and chatted with one of the online workers in their message box and they would have helped you through it step by step.
