Visiting my mother for Christmas. She's saying her phone is terrible and won't do things she wants it to and asks me to look at it for her.
She has a Pantech Renue, which she was given as a free "upgrade" just last month in an AT&T store. The apps button for it's weird OS leads to a page that says it was discontinued a year before she got it and redirects the user to att.com/myapps. This page redirects to the homepage for general shopping with AT&T.
The device does not update, instead kicking back an error that the server was not found.
Specifically, she wants to be able to record calls (I explained the legal stuff about why this isn't basic on most phones but she is in Texas which I think is more lax about that. because she fo... (continues)
pantech flex is a device that you should keep and never get rid ofðŸ‘! Strongest wifi I've ever used but just wont work unless it's in you're hand😥! Easy to install apk files. In order not to glitch real bad with the possibility of a hard reset multiple apps need to be disabled. Cool trick I learned on how to disable apps that want to reinstall immediately is turn off wifi and data. Uninstall updates! Find that app again in apps in settings and you will have the option to disable it with no service. I know everything👌 about this phone if anyone neeDS any help im here.
I inherited a pantech slate. When I try to go on facebook all I get is a message that says "conection failed". I t also randomly shuts off then powers back up on its on. Also I can't figure out how to post pictures on facebook. Can anyone help me?
We have moved from a home in Georgia to an apartment in Minnesota. The building security is tied to one of our cell numbers. When someone enters the building, they must dial our apartment number, the cell phone rings and then we are to push the numeral 6 and the door will buzz so they may enter.
This does not work. We have covered all possibilities with the building management, have visited the local AT&T store and no one can fix the problem. We have a good signal in our apartment and we have had new sym cards installed.
When we push the numeral 6, we receive a message to input a contact or command.
I got my Pantech Crux about a week ago. If I take a picture with it the picture fills the screen and is the same size as the default pictures (like the forest) when I use it for wallpaper. But if I put a picture on the micro SD card I can't get it to look any bigger than a thumbnail. I tried changing the pixel size to match the others using Corel but I still can't get it to look any bigger. Any ideas????? I found a comment on another site from a guy who said he figured it out but he didn't give any details and then said he returned the phone. Since it wasn't a forum I couldn't ask there. I'd sure like any help anyone can give. Thanks
My parents got this phone thru ATT in hopes it was better than the first one they had...A few gripes am not sure it's cause of the way the phone was created by the manufacturer...There is not a way their call logs can be setup as John Doe 555-555-1212 (12) instead of John Doe 555-555-1212 x12 times in the call log?
I was reading the Pantech Impact user manual, and it claims that the Impact is capable of synchronizing with Outlook on a PC, but you have to download a PC Suite from Pantech USA's website to do it. I looked for the download at Pantech USA, but could not find a PC Suite download anywhere. I contacted Pantech about it, but have still not recieved an answer to my question. I contacted AT&T, and they said that the PC Suite may be available at AT&T stores.
My first question is; does a PC Suite exist for the Pantech Impact, as noted in the user manual? And second; if so, where does one actually go about finding it and getting it?
I am not looking to get a Pantech Impact for myself, but I know someone who is dead set on one and needs to ... (continues)
I am trying to purchase a replacement phone to use until I am eligible for upgrade in September. I am really just concerned that it has good reception and able to text. Which do you consider a better phone the C120 or the C150? 😕
You think you know the hot phones of today but did you know about the Pantech Ocean?
For a small price of $200 and a 2 year contract anyone can get their hands on this phone, and by any one i mean everyone wants it, you think a sidekicks hot well you must not know the phone, wait then again i wouldn't call it a phone either because its like a super computer mixed with a phone service, beautifully designed and well engineerd its well worth its price even at a all in plan of $65 a month, but dont go crazy already, because it also has abilities you'd only dream a phone had like turn by turn directions with garmin on it, a beautiful camera with flash and mirror and more and they say the iphones hot with its small not so good 2mp camera that doesnt even have flash, pfft yeah right, no wonder why they arent selling so easily.
