no no no tell her to go to corporate store. once there explain the situation and tell the rep to call in to there support line to look at the account. if the account doesn't state that those were upgrades and the contract wasn't extended they will reset the elig so that way she can upgrade. it doesn't matter for what reason she had the phone swapped if it wasn't for an upgrade and she didn't use a rebate ...

if you want it to honestly be taken care of with verification go back to the store and have them call it in to us at nss (national sales support) then when we get it done they can view it on there screen and show it to you. also I have noticed that nss is a little more proactive then customer care. we both have the same systems and the same capabilities but for some reason I take at ...

in order to do sero you would have to cancel your current account and create a new one through sprint.com/sero using a corporate employee e-mail address. and yes for the 50th freagin time you are liable for the etf

Re: Why?

no the reason is because when we aquired nextel all of a sudden the fcc said. hey were takeing iden you got till 2010 to get them off that network then like two months ago they say hey you got till like july so sprint is eventually (it seems don't know for sure) going to offer iden customers 1 of two options get out of contract free cards or instant rebates on Hybrid phones don't blam us. it's the people ...

Re: In need of advice

here is my advice. the reason we offer ins is for this reason. instead of trying to screw sprint due to your mistake do what that first guy said to do. and when you get the new phone take the ins. DON"T BE A MORON the ins is like $7 bucks a month for TEP and only $50 deductable. if you don't get the ins. then get used to paying retail. or wait for 22 months then upgrade. don't ...

dude face it if they gave him a new number. one way or the other he got screwed. some stores do temp phone exchanges but it is just a phone swap. the number and plan don't change just the hardware does, if they gave him a new number, then, well no offense but he got it up the butt till it bled

actually i will addmitt i am from a kinda hickish town but when att and cingular converted down here I would have never know although I had one of those old sony erricson polyphonic bar phones that suck butt anyway, but still it wasn't that big of a deal, unlike the all of a sudden fcc saying iden needs to be gone by june hey I actually had this awsome idea for the fcc...I'm holding up a finger, care ...

sprint employee refferal program, but you have to have a corporate e-mail address and employess are alowed I think it's three a year but I am not sure I work for a vendor center and these are the plans we get, there sweet but I think it sucks that 3rd party stores get better plans. 3000 min, unl data, unl text, roaming n&w at 7 plus $10 reacuring credit for downloads for like $40 a month

yeah such as no more invalid hup codes from nss for store reps. Yup he said it so for you store reps that are looking to upgrade a customer almost a year early, or the customers who decided not to take the ins guess what? yup to bad you should of thought hey since they offer the insurance maybe I should have taken it cause now u will no longer be able to rip us off. mottelerj said: ur full of balogne. the only thing that resets eligability since 9/06 is if u use a rebate. thats it. actually there are some errors with p2k where it acctually will reset the elig. I've seen where some loaner phones from indirect stores can and also warranty swaps have given us that issue. but i terms of the intial question you should give cs a call to look over the account and reset the ...
