Firstly, sorry about the job loss.
The lawsuit , you should consult an attorney about it, most will give a free consultation to determine if any case can be made.
Unfortunatley, it is common in call centers to be shafted. As staff we are expendable, to the point that there is no such thing as job security. I've worked in call centers over 10 years and it's the same in all of them.

Shift bids done quarterly, based on perfoormance. Used to be seniorority, but was changed 6 mths agao. So now a newbie can have first pick. Loyalty..you gotta love it!!!

You dont need to look just yet.
Its the call center and retail staff that need to look fast. With over 2000 being planned to layoff by mid year, its a major restructure at Sprint.
I'm happy to say I left that sinking ship a few months ago, but as an investor, Im smiling! Take over baby!! Those are beautiful words!
I think its no coincidence that Sprint tanks as the spectrum bid is heating up!

At less than $9 a piece, its now a prime takeover target as well.... think about.. the bids are on for teh 700mhz spectrum.... who wants a guess at Google/Sprint? or maybe even some asian carrier listing a bid.
Would not be surprised at some merger/takeover comming out soon.

I know what you mean; here if i leave today after working a full day yesterday, i dont get holiday pay for yesterday! Its crazy, we only had 120 calls all day! Normal day would have been over 700 in my department. Anyway, if not for customers we would not have jobs, so we have to take the good and the bad. Hmmmm....payday is still too far away! :(

You've burnt your SIM card, thats why it doesnt show anything on your RAZR.
As far as unlocked phones go, cell one does not require a locked phone, all our phones are unlocked except the BB and other "smart" phones.
Really anu unlocked phone, thta uses a SIM can be used on Cellone/ATT.
Call Tier2 Tech Support at cell one.
They will get you working again!
