Sweet Phone, but can it sync with Mac?

I saw on the Cingular website the this phone comes with PC software, my question is, can you sync I-tunes with a Mac, and can you do it via bluetooth, as I'll only get this phone if I can use it with my G5.

My ohone won't charge! or connect with itunes!

I have this problem with all my moto phones. THey will not charge. The phone says unable to charge. And to top that, it won't connect to itunes. This is really annoyoing. If i work with the cords long enough, it will finally charge or connect, whatever i am trying to do. It is such a pain. I just wasted 20 minutes trying to get the phone to charge. Thank god the battery last a long time.

By the way , best battery I ever had!

Same as Motorola E398

This is the same phone as the Motorola E398 except for the video playback and screen quality. If anyone has T-Mobile they should just get the E398 in black it looks nicer anyways and is much cheaper. Its a nice phone but the Sony ERicsson W800 is way ahead of motorola

Where can I download ringer sounds?? Not music.

not music or sound effects. I want ringers like Moto's continental and classic rings.

Thanks

Apple/Moto ROKR

What is wrong w/ MOTO, they should have also put the Apple sign on it, and I dont entrely agree with the design, looks to plain to be a kick @ss phone. They couldve tweaked the design, and branded the phone, its good 🙂 , but not to calibur of the RAZR. 😕

Anyone Have This Phone Yet?

I'm just wondering if anyone has this phone yet. I love Verizon and its great service (in L.A.) but if this phone is as great as it seems to be I may just switch out to Cingular. If anyone has it please respond. Thanks

Has anyone figured out how to do this? I've looked through the manual and can't find anything on it.

Auto Cleanup

I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble using the auto cleanup with text messaging. I love this phone, but I miss the nokia feature of automatically pushing out the oldest text when a new one comes in. i have it set to auto clean up after 20 messages, but it does nothing.

This could have been a cool phone....

If Apple had done the design of the phone and simply packaged Moto's electronics, it would be a hit. As it is, it doesn't look cool enough to warrant being associated with anything with the name "iPod" on it. It looks like just another generic crappy phone. There are a ton of phones out there with MP3 players, and that allow more than 100 songs as well.

I have no idea what their marketing guys were thinking. The W800, while just a repackaged K750i, is far and away a better phone in every respect. Even the case design, which reminds me of a 50/50 bar (orange/vanilla...) is better than the junk design Moto came up with.

I expect an iPod phone to look like something from Apple, not the other way around.

Great idea, but.....

Ok, while I'm not an iPod devotee(though I'm considering gettin' one as my current player is proving frustrating), I do actually think this is a great idea.....to start off with.

I say to start off with because this should by no means represent what can be done in this genre. A convergence device like this is something people have been after for a LONG time, and the iTunes/iPod name on it will definately help drive sales. BUT there are several things it needs to fully realize the potential it has.

First...a hard drive of some sort. Preferably a microdrive similar to the 5-6GB Seagate drives used in Rio's Carbon models. This allows a MUCH greater than 100 song limit while simultaneously preserving battery life.

Second...longer ba...

100 song limit might be software cap after all

At least, that's what they say here:

Terrible news if true. Why buy this for $250 when I can get a REAL iPod for a few bucks more that has no limits? Shame on you, Apple....

SE s710 vs. ROKR

I currently have the s710a which was sent to me as a replacement for the samsung p777- generally a good phone but a bit to bulky to put in your pocket- can anyone comment on rOKR size and quality as compared to the s710a? thank you.
