My ohone won't charge! or connect with itunes!
I have this problem with all my moto phones. THey will not charge. The phone says unable to charge. And to top that, it won't connect to itunes. This is really annoyoing. If i work with the cords long enough, it will finally charge or connect, whatever i am trying to do. It is such a pain. I just wasted 20 minutes trying to get the phone to charge. Thank god the battery last a long time.

well let me add one thing. I never one time had a problem chargign the V3. That was the best adapter moto ever used. I can't stand this piece of crap charger they use now.

There may just be a short in the cord..
Didja think of that one yet?
Instead of complaining, call us and troubleshoot it. if it is a short we will most likely replace it...
