Anyone Have This Phone Yet?
My V551 sure never got 7 hrs of talk time like they claim. I have to charge mine every other night and my husband has the same problem with his.

is it worth $250? ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NOT! just wait a couple of months & that price will drop, big time.

I think it's a great phone! The speakers sound great, the bluetooth works well, and it has no problem getting reception in the building I work in; every other phone drops calls.
The user interface has changed enough that it takes a little getting used to, but the phone turned out to be sooooo much better than I expected.
The other thing that bugged me is how bad the iTunes integration is. I was using iTunes 5.0, but it actually DROPPED the rokr from the list, so that each time you would plug the phone in, it wouldn't show up in iTunes...it would just show up as a drive in my computer (which if you are used to ipods you know means you cannot load music). I had to hook it up to a different computer to make it work again with iTunes.
Frankly, that worries me...if i noticed a problem that quickly the first time i was loading it up, that means my customers who buy them are going to have a ton more issues. And believe me, i will not be doing iTunes/ROK...

If it's a mac then run the software update that is in the apple icon on the top left.
If it's a pc then check the flash seating and the usb settings in the phone.
