BlackBerry Curve 8330

Will this phone support the Micro SDHC 8gig card?

Got mine from the UPS guy a few minutes ago. Had to track him down a few blocks from my house so I could go ahead to work but I have the box in my hand!!!!

I am so anxious for my Sprint Curve Monday I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve. I'll probably be stalking the UPS guy tomorrow. Thinking about taking half a day at work. :-)

For those of you that have the Sprint Curve already, what color is it exactly? On their website, it looks like a light silver which is what I wasn't expecting. People keep saying dark grey/black tone.

Is the AOL instant messenger on the Sprint Curve a full version that accesses the whole buddy list or is it a scaled down version that limits your buddy list to 30 buddies in a "Mobile Device" folder?

I can't help but sit here and read these posts about Verizon's curve and laugh. I mean I have been on here for at least the last month with rebuttle after rebuttle, defense after defense, and post after post defending Sprint for delaying their Curve release because of software issues. I said time and time again that Verizon only required an 80% pass rate on their curve while Sprint was requiring a 95% pass rate. No one believed me, save for a few people. Everyone doubted my sources and information (which came from Blackberry themself). Read my posts, I tried to tell everyone to be patient, a good phone is worth waiting for.

So i have pocketmac installed on my macbook pro. My 8830 syncs fine. But I just got the 8330 tonight and everything is great, except I can't get my contacts to sync. It keeps saying there is an error...

Anybody out there tried synching the verizon curve with a mac? Let me know

Btw, this phone has been great so far and the vibrate is super strong, which was kind of weak on the 8830. Def glad my corp store manager friend hooked it up a little early 🙂

BigKippa claims that the pass rates for the two companies (A national sales rep from Blackberry told him) are:

Verizon - 80%
Sprint - 95%

I was in the cellular phone industry for many years. I have spoken to a Verizon engineer. WE BOTH THINK THESE FIGURES ARE GARBAGE.

Ok, so I got VZW Curve and I was able to set up 2 of my email accounts but when I go to add the others it says
"HTTP Error 406: Not Acceptable" and it says that the page I am trying to load is not supported by the browser. How do I fix this?

This is a temporary VZ Navigator fix. Either email this to the email address that you have set up on your phone and click on the link in your email from your blackberry.

Have had it for two days, so far so good. I think it's the best phone I've had, EVER. If you don't have it by now, go out and get it!

I went online to check it out and it looks silver with some black. Is it supposed to be a dark gray or light silver (this is for Sprint)????

Hi, is it possible to set up multiple calenders? At work we have Blackberry Enterprise Server which i would use for work email, contact and calendar. At home I have my own personal outlook contacts and calendar and yahoo email. Is it possible to keep these separate on the curve? Can you have one calender set up for work and a second calender from my home computer set up for personal? Thanks in advance!

I ordered my brand new Sprint Curve on 5/08/08 at 11:18PM central time. 179.99 with my mail in rebate.

How do I get all 200+ contacts from my LG 8100 to my curve w/out the Get It Now application. Backup assistant doesn't work without it so I can't get my contacts over w/out doing it manually? Is this true?? I have Pocketmac, but my cell contacts/friends are not in my Now Contact or Entourage...yet anyways.

Please help. Can the store do it quickly? Is there a way to do it w/out them?
