Open new account.

I have tried calling cricket and have not been able to talk to a rep, so I was hoping I could get some help on here!

I want to open a new account and I have an old cricket phone. I want to know how much it would cost to open an account with the old phone. What would I have to pay for up front?

Crickets customer relations

Sept 7th I went on-line to order a phone and plan. I entered my credit card info and clicked purchase and a page came up that said could not process. I thought I had entered my cc info wrong. re entered and could not process came up again. I paged back and this time it kicked my 3 digits off the back of my card out. re entered that and received the could not process error again. I tried 3 times and decided to call the sales phone line. I ordered the phone and plan over the phone and it was $59.99 instead of the on-line price of $49.99. No big deal. I then went into my email account and found 4 messages thanking me for the phone order. I went into my bank account and found that they had debt-ed my account for the 3 phones that sa...

A few questions about Cricket

First off, the main thing I wanted to know.

Does Cricket send you a monthly call list? Like, with numbers that you have called and times and durations of the calls? I was hoping to find a carrier that DOESN'T send a monthly list, and my friend said that is the case with Cricket. Anyone who has Cricket, could you answer for me please?

Also, I heard that outside the calling area, the phone is dead as far as connection. Is there anyway to use your phone outside the Cricket calling area. I heard something about travel time, like that you pay 60 cents for, something like that. Or is the phone usesless for communication when outside the call area?

Treo's on Cricket...?

My stepdad mentioned to me the other day that he found some Treo's (older models, 300's & 600's), that were supposedly moved over to Cricket. The seller of these claimed that the devices would only work on-network for Voice service, and not data. This interested my stepdad, since he currently carries around both a Palm Pilot, and a Cricket phone. He really enjoys Cricket service, and asked me to see what i could find out any more details on this endeavor before he undertakes it. Any experience, or helpful knowledege, would be appreciated.

Thanks in advanced,

How's the Service?????

I'm currently a Verizon customer, Cricket has just recently entered our area. I was wanting to know how dependable the service is. The flat rates are very appealing, this would save me a lot of money if the service is comparable.
