1) you can only "switch" to prepay if your out of contract. 2) the prepaid sidekick will do everything the post paid will do.

i wouldnt say its the sidekicks fault they keypad came off; its the way people treated their sidekick. i've seen just as many nokia 6010's with missing keys, to the amount of sk2's with missing keypads...both of them were equally as beat up.

ya, as long as your not in contract you can switch it to pre-pay. if you never had one, then just get a sk pre-paids sim chip. the stores sell em for $30, but if you look around you should be able to get one for cheaper. if you have an un-used/new sim chip, shoot me an email and i can have it set up to be used as a prepaid sidekick for free.

Hidden snowboarding game is still there. I guess they are gonna leave it there in all of em. anyone know of any other "secrets" in the sk3 yet?

lol, unlocking is for using different carriers sim chips. as long as there is a cingular network in a place that there is no t-mobile network, you can jump onto it. your not gonna find many area's with that. so to answer your question; no, unlocking it is not going to let you use theirs instead.

since we've only had it for about a week now, and have yet to throw it off of a wall...dunno yet. it should be as durable as the sk2, if not more? but again, havent yet tried to test that. and im sure there will be plenty of cases for it; some made by danger/t-mobile, and some aftermarket(just like everything else).

after using it for a few days... bluetooth is nice, but you cant use it with the mp3 player. that means you gotta use the wired earpiece, or loud speaker..and thats not loud enough when theres other background noise. you cant use a universal headphone port either. the scroll ball is nice. goes up and down, side to side..whatever direction yyou put it. itll go, but it only recognizes left right up down. its kinda like the old roll on ...

I've never had any problems with mine, and I know more than a handful of people who have had no problems as well. I like mine so I can stay online while I'm not home, but alot of phones do that. $20 for a sk add-on feature, or pay for unlimited messaging, an email client for 10 accounts(including one from t-mobile), then the unlimited internet, interactive games with other sk users, ect...how much is all of that gonna cost ...

ya thats the suck. my guess is because of the si swimsuit stuff(swimsuit body paint/partial nudity)
