putting the SIM card from a SK 2 to another T-mobile phone

I heard that you can put a SIM card from a Sidekick 2 and put it into another cell phone that also have Internet. I heard that you can do it for a day or so before they find out you are using a different cell phone and end up raising the price.

If I got a cell phone that can hook up to the PC and use it as a modem, will it work? What I am afraid is, they may format the web pages for the Sidekick and the web pages will look weird on the computer.

first of all, the internet feature for the sidekick is for the sidekick only. you cant use that internet to access internet by using your phone as a modem or anything like that.

tmobile doesnt set the price of you accessing the internet. what you are charged depends on what internet feature you have on your account, therefore, we cant raise up the price because we see you are using something other than the sidekick. if you dont have the feature, you cant access the net.

so to answer your question, no you cant put a sim card into a phone and use the phone as a modem if you only have the sidekick internet feature on your account. you will need to add the total internet feature instead of the sidekick feature in order to use your phon...
