Stop transferring calls to Telesales if the customer's concern is to push their Upgrades up!~ Yes, we do an early upgrade (14DAY EARLY UPGRADE, to be more specific) but there's some exceptions!
1.) 14 Day early Upgrade starts every 18th of the month!!
2.) Phone must be broken/inoperable/damaged beyond repair with supporting notes on the account!
3.) The 14Day DOESN'T APPLY to the PREMIER LINE ON THE ACCOUNT! Remember the PREMIER LINE??? That is the line that is technically getting an EARLY ...

Can't add a line because their credit sux? "I'm cancelling my account and go somewhere else!"
Can't upgrade because they JUST upgraded last month? "Lemme cancel my account and get this phone free with (insert a diff. Carrier name)"
Can't bill to account because their payment history is bad? "I'll just cancel, I've been with you guys for yeeeeeeeaars yet I still can't get this billed?"
Yeah. Cancelling is their middle name.

Since you already have Sprint, maybe you'd want to check Virgin Mobile, Sprint's PrePaid counterpart. I know Virgin also offer a service in Canada.

I mean, as far as I know. They always have a specific *budget* for incentives so even if you make a lot of sales, your commission is on a budget to be divided amongst the people who met their goals.
The worst part is if you don't reach one (Take note: Just ONE) specific metric, you lose almost half of your hard-earned money.
