I like it but kinda heavy and pretty blocky but the screen.......wow!

Not sure I will keep it as I have been trying it on Verizon's 30 day trial. Phone quality is excellent. Don't have TV here but the screen is awesome. I mostly voice dial or scroll contacts or recent calls to dial out and I set the answering to the "send" button so I do not open it much. It's too bad, someone said the camera is not very good because there are a lot of camera controls and options to fool with. Easy setup as I never broke the seal on the manual.
Bluetooth works well and set up was easy. I love the large digital display for the clock. I sent back the U620 and got this. The sound in and out of the Samsung was poor IMO, the only thing it had going for it was the smaller size and it was a little bit lighter.

ok phone, bad battery

This phone is ok. I have owned this phone for nearly 6 months, and it does do all that can be expected from the capabilities it has, but, although minimal, this phone does tend to be a little slow at responding at times, but that is minimal and does not happen very much at all. The only issue I have really had with this phone is the battery life. The battery life of this phone is the worst of any phone I have ever had. Sometimes I have to charge it 2 or 3 times a day every day without even using it most of the day. I have to keep it on the charger over night, or it will be dead before I wake up in the morning, even if I have it fully charged before I go to bed. It is over all an excellent phone in my opinion, but the battery stinks. I'm not sure all the batteries for this phone are bad, but I know the battery for this phone is aggravating. The battery is why I rate this phone at a 3.0.

Disappointing

My priorities are call quality, volume, vibrate then ring, easy to read clock and long battery life

PROS:
looks cool
small enough
good screen quality
scratch resistant

CONS:
speakerphone would feedback easily
earpiece is awkward when flipped
call volume low
speaker volume low
no vibe then ring feature (really miss that)
would make random calls when in pocket
screen would get black bars and need reboot
camera quality weak
buttons always got pressed in my pocket
failed for no reason after one year (can't boot up)

Actually going back to the se47 now which was a better PHONE than this thing. Maybe if I cared about TV, mp3, or cameras, or games, or ringtones it would make a difference.

Lastly, with a good speakerphone you don't need bluetooth.

Ok to Good Phone

This phone is pretty decent. Decent Camera and video. Speaker phone is very good, and you can actually keep it on all the time. My one big complaint about this phone is that out of all my verizon phones that I have had and currently have with the family plan, is it drops calls (Buffalo NY area) ever once in a while. I don't lose calls with any of my other phones(at least if I have I don't recall-or rarely have.) This phone doesn't drop the call all the time. It is more of an annoyance than a problem, but then again, I haven't had a call lost on an important call, i'm sure it would then be a problem! This phone has also shut off on me for some reason while doing text messages. Again annoyances.

Pros:
Screen/Picture
Camera
Speaker Phone/Sound
Call Quality(other than Dropping calls)

Cons: Dropped calls

I LIKE IT, I LOVE IT, I WANT SOMEMORE OF IT

This phone is the best phone on the planet!!!!

Pros
*The wide screen feature.
*Decent camera and video.
*Really clear picture when watching videos on.
* Even though it is not a qwerty key pad it is still really easy to text.

Cons
With the screen open you have to slant it to hear.

Speaker phone button is really easy to turn on.

when the music player is on you can't do anything else.

No games.

The cons are just simple things that people can deal with all in all I think it is a really good phone.

This phone is absolutely the best phone I have ever had, and I have had a lot of phones. Chocolate, Razr, Motorola, Samsung, and I can say this phone is great.

The positives are too many. All my friends seem awe struck whan I use it. The ease for texting and the widescreen features and great.

Had one problem of erasing text messages, but I turned off the phone and it reset something.

I am one very happy person.

Bad Choice

May 21, 2007 by slines

I had an lg8300 broke it and had no insurance and decided on buying this phone. Bad choice thank god for a 30 day return policy. This phone is not for the hard of hearing that is for sure. It has a very low ear piece volume. If you turn it up to hear it better it gets all distorted. Speaker phone is worthless. Ring tones that come with it are very poor.

Flipping the phone sidways is not that bad you get used to it. Kind of a pain when you have to enter dial prompts on the phone after you start the call.

Nice screen no tv in our area so worthless feature. I am going back to the lg 8300 that is a rock solid phone
