Just wanted to throw this out there for those of you (like me) who dont like actual "cases" on their phones...

Ive used this site to cover my ipod and digital camera, and they're invaluable if you ask me.

I just ordered my shield, once i get it and put it on, i will report back...but frankly i cant imagine not being happy with it.

Is it one of those protectors that you stick to it, or something else?

Yeah, you have to apply it with their application "solution"....which is really just water with a little soap to it.

very easy to go on, and once its on there...wont move, budge, or anything...unless you meticulously pick up the corners and peel it off.

Funny story: My buddy bought one for his slider phone...put it on there...and realized that the shield covered the earpiece. Nothing major, but it made it a little hard to hear. So he goes to cut out a slit for it....um, yeah...no dice. The thing is friggin impermeable. he tried exacto knives, scissors, just about anything that cuts...no luck.

So ill be sure to check mine out when it gets here for that. If you cut from the outside in, you can modify it. Once its on though...it...

Hmm...the sticky screens never really paired well with my shakey hands - might try it though.

How well do the touch buttons work with the shield on? Did you have to change the sensitivity level at all?

The description says it only covers the screen, not the buttons.

I'm more of a fan of the 3m ultraclear storage tape... It's designed fo rlong term application so the adhesive won't turn to acid or brown out easially... Basically just clean with windex, then rubbing alcohol (to get the silicones off) then very carefully squeegee a piece of the tap eover the screen... When it gets scratched up, peel it off and repeat... Cheap as heck, Original roll cost me $6.88 in wally-world back in 98, used it for palm pilots back then, then cellphones... Surprisingly durable, I changed mine only 4 times in 2 years on my old v120c, my newer flip-phones dont'n eed it changed as often of course. 🙂

I will say I'm interested if this stuff held up to an x-acto knife though. 🙂

Does anyone have any experience with the full body shield and how the touchscreen buttons work with it on?

I just received it in the mail (havent put it on yet), but it only covers the screen...NOT the touch-buttons.

Sorry all...i wont be able to give a fast response on how the shield works as Im not going to put it on this phone yet. Im still having software issues, and Im not wasting a shield on phone I might have to swap out for a non-problematic one.

Once all that settles down, i'll definitely report what its like.
