LG VX-8500 Chocolate

music on my micro sd card

I bought a Micro SD card and have been putting my mp3 songs on it and when I put it into my Chocolate all that shows up is the song title. And when I go to options > song info it says No Info in the author.

I was wondering if anybody knows how to edit the song information and put the singers in the info so I can see it when it plays.

Good question. I have the same problem. I'm loading songs ripped at 192 kbps from CD's and some from vinyl (to which I added all the ID3 tag info). These tracks all show the correct info on my other mp3 player and my pda, but are missing info (album, artist, genre) on the 8500. I've looked at the tag info with several tag editors but can't find a problem with my files.
