Does the LG VX8500 fit well into jean pockets? And does it scratch easily like an iPod bc I've had experience with that and I don't like bulky cases

It's pretty compact. I haven't had any problems walking around with it in my jeans. I don' think anything scratches as easily as an iPod does, but I'd still be careful handling the phone.
