Motorola RAZR V3m

I have done all the steps from mark.cdmaforums.com to enable the phone to use multi media studio as well as modified the Mobile Phone Tools software to read the phone. I have the "multi-media studio button" and I can run the software to TRANSFER FILES... I can see the files on my computer but I can't see any of the files on my phone. I am trying to transfer the pictures I took... Am I missing something here?
