I went into the Chocolate from the razr. This is my opinion. The Chocolate is a cool phone. Its different and not everyone has it. You can customiaze it more. The keys are small on the 8500. The razr is more user friendly! The Razr has speakphone the razr has a little better reception. And battery life is the same! Hope this helps!
