Motorola RAZR V3m
I did the NE2 for a v3m from a V710
One of the features I liked about the V710 was the fact I could use MP3's as Ringtones. The v3m won't allow me to use the WMA files. Is this correct? Or can I use the WMA files as ringtones? If I can't use the WMA files then what new phone will allow it?

Of all the approaches, I highly recommend going the the Mark Venture "how to" pages and look for the instructions for the V3c. He clarifies about 3c vs. 3m and offers step by step instructions for just about anything and everything you might want to do with your phone. I chose to use the email to phone approach. It is easy and fast. Yea, it costs 25 cents for each email but I sent twelve ringers to my phone at a total cost of $3.00 and that was fast and easy. My time is worth more and I really did not want to learn my way though bitpim, MPT, seem edits, flashes, voice recordings with file over-writes,...
