Motorola RAZR V3m

I've had the phone for a little under 2 weeks. The battery seems squirrely. For example, it was fully charged last night and I put it in my car overnight. Seven hours later, it was on low battery, with zero use. Bluetooth isn't on.

I read the messages about cycling the battery, I thought that was only needed with NiCad. And, who has time to let a phone go to low battery four or five times?

Any thoughts - do I have a defective phone?
