I am going to keep the phone because I like the size, but I am not happy for a few reasons.

1. The battery life is not adequate. If Verizon seriously wants you to use this for music and video then they need to fix this issue. Music and video kill the battery and, after all, you need that battery to make phone calls. I just got my 1000 mAh non-Motorola battery. I hope this fixes the problem.

2. Bluetooth kills the battery. Motorola knows this, which is why the phone is shipped without bluetooth on and the manual tells you to keep it off for battery life. Why, if you have this problem, didnt you softkey an on-off toggle for bluetooth instead of having you walk through 14 (exactly) key strokes to toggle it?

Hey Older Geek, How would you compare this to the Q? Can I stream XM on the V3M? If so will they affect the battery life?

I am not qualified to compare to the Q. As far as streaming goes, EVDO and EDGE do not work that well in my humble opinion with video, but I have no idea with music. Might work, as music does not need as wide a pipe.

Hey older geek,
Do you find the type on the new UI small? I know the RAZR has a bigger screen than the 325, but compared to even the T730 it's puny. Even with 20/20, being an Older user (over 40) this is small. What do you think?
