Motorola RAZR V3m

I received a replacement phone from a third party source. This phone's home screen displays "Murrays Phone" above the wallpaper image where normally "Verizon Wireless" is. I brought it to my local Verizon Service Center and where a tech put it on the computer and said it could not be changed.

Any suggestions?????????????
