Verizon DOES support transfer of music Via Card reader

I have read and been told (By Verizon Tech supp) many times, that VW does not support the transfer of music from PC to Phone via a card reader. They say you must buy the music essentials kit and use their USB cable. This is not true!

Pg 23 of the "Quick Reference Guide" says exactly how to do it. It is titled:

V CAST MUSIC

Formatting your memory card

Step 1: Turn on phone.
Step 2: Insert microSD card into microSD memory card slot.
Step 3: Press and hold Play/Pause key on the front of the phone.
Step 4: Remove memory card from the phone and insert into the USB memory card adaptor and connect to PC via USB memory card reader (if needed).
Step 5: On PC, go to file directory, locate "Removable Disk." Open the folder named My_Musi...

You are a GENIUS!! I was trying to figure out how to get songs I had downloaded to this micro sd card for to play. I have a 8100 but I had bought the music essentials kit. It wouldn't fit the 8300 though. It always said player error but the way you took it step by step has the phone playing all the songs now! Thank you so much!!!
