software updates at all?
are there any software updates on the horizon for this phone to say unlock the ability to read text messages from the outer screen, or anything else that might pertain.

How do we install new software updates on our phones? Is this something that we do while connected to a PC or is this something Verizon does via over-the-air programming?

You have to actually go into a Verizon store. You cannot get software updates OTA.

Does this mean we can now make playlists for mp3s? And flashing your phone means you lose the little equalizer right?
