Can anyone who has this phone, please tell me if you can dl mp3's to the transfash card and then play them on the phone? Like the E815. Can you control it on the outside of the phone? Is this phone a downgrade from the E815?

I struggling with getting started. I've never used the MP3 feature on a phone and just got the 8300 on Friday. Is there a quick way to get started? what extra equipment do i need? can i use songs i already have on my pc? your help is appreciated!

you just need something to read the card on your computer. I don't think they have a data cable for the 8300 yet. Drag and drop. Also you have to enable mp3s on your phone. menu 0000000 then music settings and enable mp3s. Also to access them from outside the phone you will need to make the play button the shortcut to My MP3s instead of My Songs. to do that go to tools.. shortcuts ... then set the play button on your phone to my mp3s. Enjoy....
