I do not have any experience doing this so I am trying my best but I'm lost. Where do I get the program to cut the ringtone? Do I need to set up a vzw pix account?? When I email I get no text. Can I email from aol or should I use another email?? What format do they have to be?? Lastly what memory card should I get I heard this phone takes up to 2gb but I can't find it anywhere is it available and if it is where???

Go to this site and register.
I have NEVER been spammed by them and it is a free way to cut trough the nonsense.
You upload it to them and they send it out to you.

Select free option as opposed to donating unless you want to donate.

First....download "Audacity"...open an mp3 on your computer using Audacity, find part of the song you want as your ringtone...highlight it and copy...open up new window of Audacity..paste to new window.
Goto file and choose export selection as mp3...save it to your computer..open up email program...send email to "your cellnumber@vzwpix.com...atttach the mp3 that you created with Audacity and send..

When your phone receives pix message it should automatically play song when opened...click on options and choose save as ringtone...

There you have it. Works everytime for me.
