upgrades
I'm going to be so happy when all of the indirect dealers are finally able to do their own upgrade laters in FDT cause I have a feeling that these are going to be big sellers cause those of us over here in sales support cant stand doing them

believe me, i'm indirect dealer, and we can do our upgrade laters in FDT, and i'm glad we don't have to call sales support for it anymore. it saves a lot of time!, now i wish they would let us change the rate plans from FDT or WIAT.
