Anybody experiencing dust (or what looks like dust) in their screen. Brought it to verizon, they said it is normal and they cannot open and clean. Which I understand, but dust already.

Seems strange.

This will not address the dust UNDER the screen. It must be getting in there through the battery compartment or scroll wheel.

Its starting to really bother me as the dust keeps accumulating.

Here's your fix to the problem of dust in the screen. Try not putting the Q in your pockets. All that micro lint is in your pockets and gets worked into your phone.

Obvious fix, but thought I'd give 2 cents worth.

Take Care Guys!

Directly through the earpiece and thumbwheel. No fix.
Many Motos and Nokias are famous for this irritating problem.
I don't own a Q for this reason alone. Otherwise I would love to use one.

Mine has a ton of dust too under the bottom right corner. I am planning to go to VZW and tell them to reeplace it. THink they will? I pay for their insurance so they better. But it seems more like a manufacturer defect that would be under warranty.

Exactly where mine is, the bottom right. The VZW store said to call Customer Service and they can replace, on hold now......

And in a stunning turn of events, not a question asked, simply sending me a replacement. Sounds like this is not the first time they have heard of this.

It will happen to the replacement even if you are careful. Sorry. 😢
