Videos on the Q

So Ive had my Q now for about three days and I have been able to figure out pretty much every feature on it but what one problem I am having is getting my video either video that I have recorded using the Q or video I have downloaded to play in full screen. I called Motorola and they told me that I need some sort of video editing software to change the frame size. If this is true does anyone have a suggestion as to an easy to use program that I can use or has anyone been able to find a setting in the phone other than the full screen button in media player to do this. I keep getting a little one square inch view of the video on it but cannot seem to use the entire screen to play the video. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Use Windows XP Movie maker. It allows you to change the formant to WMA for pocket PC. it will work, I have a mpx220 with WM2003 SE and have all sorts of video on it.

you can also get the free windows media encoder: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia /forpros/encoder/default.mspx

a lot of options for bitrate etc.

wmv = video
wma = audio

BTW - also try out divx (video) and ogg vorbis (audio), you may find out like many other people that you like the quality better than the windows media versions (while still keeping the filesizes pretty small).
