Does Activesync only work with Outlook or will it work with Outlook Express?
I have Outlook Express and I can't seem to sync my email or anything for that matter ☹️

Motorola tells me that you can't use Outlook Express and that Exchange/Outlook are the only options for bringing contacts into the Q! I can't believe that they won't accept a CSV or some other alternatives!
Any ideas on how I can get my contacts into the Q from my Treo 600/Palm Desktop?

Does your palm sync with outlook if so it syncs with the Q. If you are using outlook express export your contacts to a csv and import into outlook. Now outlook sync to the q.
The is also software, may handango that allows express to sync. I am sure I have seen it.

Its intended to work with exchange 2003 via wireless. I believe you need full outlook to sync via usb cable.
