BEWARE Your Online Internet Q Order May Not Be Coming Soon!

I can't believe how badly Verizon is handling the Q's sales launch... you've got folks on this board buying Q phones "early" from B&M Verizon stores while others (like myself) placed orders "ONLINE" to take advantage of the "early access" of May 31st...

I called 5 minutes ago to find out status because no charge had gone through on my credit card and here's what I learned:

Verizon is just now processing orders placed ONLINE for May 27th!!! They have four days of orders to process before they get to my order, placed on May 31st! This is complete horse XXXX.

They had me right down a number to call if I want to cancel my online order... what a load of crxxx.

Anyone else have insight into this?

They are on track with their party line and what they claim. Two - five days to "process" an order and two day FedEx shipping. No Saturday or S

Yep I had the same problem I called to check the status and they said they would be getting to it today but that they would not ship it but just process it so I canceled my order and just called telesales and they told me that the phone would be at my house tomorrow between 12-4

I don't know why you're having such bad luck, you need to call and get a supervisor with ONLINE SALES. So call and when a CSR answers, ask for online sales, if he/she asks if they can help, say no and you want a online sales rep. When the online sales rep gets on the phone ask for a SUPERVISOR. They will get it to you overnight at no extra charge and also ask for a monetary credit on your account for being screwed. I bought 2 phones on two seperate days and they will both be here tomorrow, which is Friday, one was overnighted and the other was sent 2-3 day Fedex. Hope that helps. I had problems at first and this is how I got took care of.

OK,

Guess what? All the local Raleigh, NC stores actually have the Q! Waited for a sales rep after work for 1.5 hours... walked out with a Q.

I was on hold for 45 minutes this afternoon to cancel my online order... the telesales folks I reached (I called three seperate times) would NOT help me cancel the order... all made me phone back a special number for dealing with internet orders.

Oh well, at least I have my phone!
