Me too. The V710 w/packet must be returned by 5/30. Can we wait any longer to order to order the Q?

I payed 319.99 for my v710 and if this goes for 299.99 and launches before the 30th then yes this will be my new phone! now all we do is wait....

If it does not launch by the 30th, I'll buy a PDA and then exchange it for the Q within the exchange period.

I am curious as to when you sent in your paperwork for the settlement. Did you send it with the original batch (i.e., before the end of 2005) or did you send it in by March of this year? Just trying to judge when we will get our paperwork.

I too was in the Oct mailing, and am now bound by this "May 31" trade-in date.

That's right. We have not even see the paperwork. The website says that it will be mailed be the end of June, but I was hoping it would arrive sooner.

I filled out the paperwork for the settlement, but never received anything further. I gather that some of you did. Could someone forward me contact info for the party that sent the paperwork, so I can inquire about my status?
