Got one, then another

i have been using this phone in a seeding program for 3 months...i'll keep it short and sweet:

1. the battery life is not nearly as good as the treo 700w
2. works great w. exchange server, but you have to limit the size of incoming emails due to the amount of memory (1/2 of any other WM5.0 device)
3. response after hitting the buttons is similar to the razor...became so delayed that i got another...(there was a huge difference in response when i recieved the new one)
4. better phone features than any pda/smartphone i have used thus far...
5. i have a ton of sd cards, and i had to invest in minisd's...
7. broadband is as advertised, but the browser isnt that of the i730...
8. its cool to have no annyoying touchscreen/keygard things g...

Can you clarify a couple of items:

1. What is bad battery life? My Treo 700 is no prize in that regard. Does it last a full 24 hours with fairly heavy use?

2. With half the memory, that could/should cause lots of lockup situations. I have that with my Treo already. What is the consequence in your experience of overtaxing the available memory?

3. Have you tried any third party software? I have to say that the touch screen enables some functionality that is very difficult or cumbersome without it. Try something as simple as Sudoku without a touch screen. Not that gaming will drive my decision.

4. What features about the phone were most impressive to you? Were you able to voice dial through a bluetooth headset? That would be a real ...

Do you have any further information on the possibility of veiwing/editing Word, Excel, & pdf doc.s with this phone? Also does WM5.0 for smartphones have Terminal Services?

Clearvue Suite should at least solve your viewing problems, though I don't think it allows editing.
