Can you tether to a laptop for web surfing using PDA connect unlimited?

You can...if you have the correct media package from your service provider. I have an ulimited package from Cingular, however, there is an additional feature that had to be added to allow for "phone as moden" service. It wasn't always this way, but is now appearantly.
