According to what source? There have been so many "projected" dates which have been missed for this phone that I'm more than a little suspicious of new dates--but I'd be happy if two weeks was indeed right!

I spoke to the rep at the Cingular store earlier this month- so hopefully it is correct.

And must say it's very good.
Nor perfect...Samsung A-900 has better features, but is bulkier.
And cost is not inexpensive.
But looks, camera, mp3s and weight make it hot.

Not happening. The company I work for has a huge contract with Cingular and we have a dedicated rep who I asked to speak with the guys in production. The current roadmap has it coming out in the US in the July/August Timeframe. Sucks.

Why is everyone so disappointed about when Cingular releases this phone???
Just go on ebay or the hundreds or online retail websites and just buy one! It's going to cost about what you pay for the unlocked version to get this phone with Cingular WITH a 2-year contract! Without, it will be about double the cost from them. Sheesh!
