looking for a new phone
I am looking for a smart phone.
I need a good email, calender and web browsing - more of a PDA than phone. I will probably keep my cell phone for calls.
I don't care what network.
I have looked at the following:
1. New Blackberry 8300
2. HTC Wizard
3. Nokia (the one that does not vibrate)
4. Motorola Q
5. Palm 700w
So far I like the HTC best.
The 700w seams to be a disaster...
Any recommendations?

Does it need a QWERTY keyboard? If it doesn't I would get the HTC P3600. It's a PDA form factor but doesn't have a QWERTY Keyboard. It will also make calls if needed. It hasn't been launched in the USA yet but it should be soon. If not go with the Treo 750w that was just released in Europe. Cingular will be getting it.

I do need a qwerty key board.
Does the 750W fix the crash problems?
I have been told the 700w crashes 2 to 3 times a day.

The only review I have heard was on the Engadget podcast last week. They said that Palm finally got it right and were very excited about the device. That is all I know.

Thanks for the information.
